Thank you for joining the RetroPixel Gaming Quest! We are committed to providing you with high-quality gear for your modern adventures. As each product is custom-printed exclusively for you upon order, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges.

Our Guarantee: Quality & Accuracy

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly issue a replacement at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure you receive the product you expected.

What is covered:

  • Misprinted designs (e.g., blurry, incorrect colors, off-center)
  • Damaged items (e.g., cracks, scratches, or other physical defects upon arrival)
  • Incorrect product received (e.g., wrong phone model or design)

What is NOT covered:

Because each item is created on-demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Buyer's Remorse: You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Incorrect Address: You provided an incorrect or insufficient shipping address.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your phone model and design choice before placing your order to ensure it is correct.

How to Report an Issue

If your item is damaged or has a print quality issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at support@retropixelgamingquest.com with the subject line "Issue with Order #[YourOrderNumber]".
  3. In your email, please include a clear description of the issue and a high-quality photo or video showing the defect. This is required for us to process a replacement with our print provider.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will immediately process a replacement order for you. You do not need to return the defective item.

Refunds

We only offer refunds in cases where a replacement for a damaged or defective item cannot be provided. In all other cases, a replacement will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding of our print-on-demand model. This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs while minimizing waste. Thank you for being a part of our quest!
